Chrysalis and Radica deal signed at IBC

15-Sep-05

At IBC 2005 Chrysalis Radio become the latest UK radio group to order Davicom MAC (Monitoring And Control) equipment from Radica. Around 100 MAC units are already in use with leading UK broadcasters including GCap, TLRC and UKRD. Although originally designed to be installed at transmitter sites, the versatility of the MAC is seeing it increasingly being installed for remote monitoring and control in studios as well.

Radica distribute Davicom telemetry equipment worldwide outside the Americas and have supplied numerous units to overseas clients including VT Merlin, Kingston and AMP Singapore.

The Chrysalis group includes the Heart and Galaxy stations. Pictured on the show stand with Radica's Alan Brown are Dave Walters, David Holroyd and Bruce Davidson from Chrysalis Radio
